Niall is a thought leader in the Irish benefits markets, and has worked for over 20 years with Mercer, in a combination of Irish and European roles. In April 2021, Niall joined as a Partner in Lockton People Solutions Ireland. He has over 25 years’ experience advising companies on Employee Benefits strategy, design, communication and implementation. His clients range from large multinationals to indigenous Irish start-ups. Prior to joining Lockton, Niall was the Commercial Director at New Ireland Assurance, Senior Partner with Mercer, and sat on Irish and UK leadership teams in Mercer.
