Peter Jenkinson is the co-founder of Wrkit, a leading employee wellbeing and discounts platform acquired by Benefex in 2022. What began in 2000 as an idea on a noticeboard in Dublin Airport, where Peter worked as an Aer Lingus airline pilot, evolved over the years into a thriving business generating multi-million annual recurring revenue and serving over 400 customers. In November 2023, less than 2 years after Benefex's acquisition of Wrkit, Peter’s extensive expertise in employee benefits across wellness, fitness, and digital recognition, saw him become the EVP Growth – Ireland at Benefex.
