He was General Manager at The Croke Park Hotel for 11 years and moved to his current role as Head of People for The Doyle Collection in 2021. Currently, Alan oversees the People Strategy for their eight hotels across Ireland, UK and USA. He is also a Fellow, and Board Member, at the Irish Hospitality Institute and is dedicated to fostering a high-trust culture and positive environment for all colleagues to grow and develop.
